I am an accomplished construction lawyer and complex commercial litigator, with nearly 25 years of experience. I have arbitrated and litigated disputes, where the amounts in controversy have exceeded $100 million, and have further briefed and argued appeals to the highest courts in New York and New Jersey. I also am an arbitrator on the AAA’s national roster of construction arbitrators. The scope of my construction practice is both domestic and international, and I regularly represent all levels of project participants on various public and private construction projects, including heavy/highway, bridges, tunnels, pipelines, mixed-use buildings, as well as public-private partnerships. In addition to litigating and arbitrating disputes, I also regularly advise clients in connection with pre-bid contract reviews and risk analyses, post-award contract negotiations and drafting, as well as general contractual rights and obligations.My commercial litigation practice involves representing clients in various business disputes, including insurance coverage, real estate transactions, consumer fraud, professional negligence, breach of contract claims and other general business torts and transactions. I also have significant experience with bankruptcy disputes, and have frequently represented clients in bankruptcy court, pursuing claims against the debtor and seeking other relief from the court.
