Officer, Case Management Team Manager Ii
• Responsible for the supervision and development of a team with up to 15 associates• Ensure proper execution of business operations, projects, and directives while minimizing risk to line of business• Responsible for strategic business planning and project management to refine procedures and processes to drive results• Prepare and administer comprehensive monthly reviews, performance improvement plans, and employee counselings for a team of 8-15 associates• Track, review, and analyze operational performance via a variety of reporting methods and direct monitoring and present the findings to management with suggestions for growth• Lead on execution of ongoing coaching, training, and development for line of business CRM and Process Support associates• Responsible for implementation of changes in policies/procedures and initiatives while monitoring quality and efficiency• Handle customer, third party, line of business, and investor inquiries
