In this role, he provided data analytics, cost modeling, and risk analysis support to advise C-suite executives through a major transition in response to a nation-wide data breach. Additionally, he took on the roles of product manager, developer, and tester to deliver a tool that automates an enterprise-wide process to analyze the data exposed in web applications and produce tailored, data-driven recommendations to better secure those web applications. Outside of client delivery, he played crucial roles in Deloitte Consulting business development efforts, leading to the award of an additional $3.4M of work over a 3-year period. He also led and provided direction for Deloitte's UMD Alumni Community, which serves to connect 1000+ practitioners through series of events and communications.

Worked as a Consulting Intern in McGladrey's RAS (Risk Advisory Service) practice, focusing on financial institutions. In this role, he performed risk-based internal audits to ensure that clients used the proper controls to mitigate the overall risk of their operations. As part of the end-to-end audit process, he prepared audit-ready testing sheets, tested IT and risk-based controls for compliance, offered solutions to found defects by tailoring best practices to the needs of the client, and developed final reports to summarize results.

Worked as a Sales, Marketing, and Account Management Intern to bolster the Aflac sales pipeline. In this role, he coordinated with a team of 5 other interns to set up over 40 sales appointments with business owners. As part of the end-to-end sales process, he also presented insurance policies to business owners to help them make informed decisions on which policies to choose and how to implement them to improve employee benefits.

Worked for the University of Maryland as a Security Operations Monitor, where he applied meticulous attention to detail by proactively monitoring cameras throughout the campus to prevent crime. Worked in the Maryland International Incubator (MI2) with a Chinese startup looking to transport potable water from major rivers to underserved communities in China. In this role, he researched the DC / Maryland / Virginia water technology import and export business, providing valuable market reports on US pipe manufacturers with feasibility analysis for import to China. These reports helped inform key strategic decisions.
