Represented Product team's interests and actively participated in the vetting and review of new billing system. A project to consolidate roughly 40 billing and reporting systems. Worked with team to develop product and operational enhancements to improve "Order to Cash" driving average implementation from 90+ days to 60 days. Led team through product profitability project to enhance profitability reporting for effective strategic planning. Worked with Customer Advisory Council to focus on product enhancement priorities and reduce customer attrition.

Managed P&L budget for Mediclaim, a payer clearinghouse product line originally located in Atlanta, GA. Actively managed both payer and vendor relationships. Developed provider facing business line by establishing a provider product solution. Moved the Atlanta office and business operations to Nashville, TN. Hired all initial Nashville employees and established managerial structure. Contracted and designed new CRM application for customer service, enrollment service, and both payer and provider implementation services. Worked with internal development resources to build claims billing application. Developed a Release Management system to automate regression testing resulting in increased deployment output while reducing deployment errors. Contracted for the development of a new processing system to deliver a Real-Time capable claiming system designed for the and delivered business requirements for new processing system to deliver a Real-Time capable claiming system designed for the ANSI X12 HIPAA transaction sets. Implemented the new system upon delivery and re-tooled the CRM and DRM systems to for integration. Participated in due diligence for the acquisition of the MedWare LLC a provider of practice management system software. Integrated the MedWare and MediClaim product lines and converted MedWare customer base to the MediClaim system. Responsible for designing and facilitating sales programs for Mediclaim products to MediFax provider sales force.

Worked with contracted software development firm to design and develop new billing system for MediFax products and services. Interviewed stakeholders to capture business requirements and develop use cases for the software engineers. Built sales, inventory, and invoicing system to support new office supplies product line. Performed due diligence on MediClaim billing system as part of the MediClaim LLC acquisition. Assumed responsibilities for all MediClaim billing activity.
