VGW is one of the largest social gaming companies in the world and now one of the most valuable companies in Australia. Highlights and Achievements:◊ Part of the overall leadership team reporting to the Board of the VGW online casino, managing a budget of several million dollar and initially a team of 150. This involved liaising with the marketing and operations departments to serve VGW's massively growing online gaming business. ◊ Performed product analysis during a pivot of the business mode. Researched and proposed features, created business cases, performed industry benchmarking and assisted in creating rollout strategy. Supported the CPO by providing metrics and AB testing.◊ Provided technical expertise in rebuilding the entire software from scratch and bringing VGW from the start-up phase to becoming the billion dollar company it is now. The architecture created during the start-up phase was able to withstand immense growth and is still in place today.◊ Developed a program management methodology and processes that were able to scale, and successfully decreased external FTE from 150 to 30 while attracting talent to build the internal core team, saving 60% of annual budget.◊ Promoted to a top senior level position after exceeding all expectations.
