Mike has completed a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jewish Hospital School of Nursing in St. Louis (a Washington University program), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
