My role involves identifying and implementing tools to streamline internal processes and improve communication and productivity regardless of Team or Department in the company and all subsidiaries. Some parts are:Simplifying and optimising the company's internal tools and processes to improve productivity, security, and clarity.Connecting teams with similar data sources, such as HR, IT and Finance.Automating repetitive tasks within company operations, such as Onboarding/Offboarding, account enablement etc, using custom tools where appropriate, without disruption or extra training needed.Creating a unified and accessible tooling environment around employee data and access.Writing a platform that manages Employee Data & Access in Go, connecting multiple internal tools.Managing our transition to a new Employee Platform, without downtime of our internal processes.Improving Performance & enabling new ways of using Odoo for our Warehousing teams, specifically enabling custom HTMX apps to be delivered using Odoo.Custom performance monitoring tools for Odoo, to see the resource cost of each action in the system.Added code formatting checks to our custom Odoo pipeline.

Creating an agile internal IT infrastructure, leveraging modern cloud methodologies and infrastructure as code.

Responsible for client-side automation, update and software deployment as well as documentation for Windows, macOS and Linux systems. Internal tool development in Go. Powershell and shell scripting, including server administration.
