As the leader of the quality team, I manage the production of approximately €100 million annually in Poland for Decathlon. My role also includes advice process for logistics, industrialization, sourcing, supplier panels, CI , problem solving, retail quality, competences and trainings.I ensure compliance with worldwide requirements regarding all mechanical and chemical test done in various laboratories.I co-developed the Decathlon Production Quality Project, collaborating with quality leaders from five other European countries. My mission is to ensure that deliveries from suppliers provide right Quality and on time availability of Decathlon products to our customer. I` am the main contact point on suppliers for the Industrialization, Quality and delivery management of Decathlon product range. Project Manager and task force technical leadership.Tasks and responsibilities: Capex Project Manager responsible for building 3 fully autonomus robotic lines, all with MES. Project manager of building clean room (class 9) over 450 m^2 Technical leader of task force team responsible for bringing new delivered fully autonomus line to desired level.  Development of gluing and laser welding technology for new line introduction. Continuous process and product improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodology. Compile answers to DSC in participate in continous improvements.Coordinate the resources allocations and prioritising of tasks in relation to demands and withes of the different production setters.Participate in technical maintenance and continous improvements in quality and technical isses of the basic product programme.
