- Management of accounting, treasury and controlling departments ,direct manager of 12people- Preparation of group reporting structure, improved existing processes and implemented new ones- Overseeing compliance with local GAP and IFRS consolidation, year-end closing procedures, individual and conso audits- Coordination with other departments and project teams working on multiple real estate projects across 3 countries- Implementing flexible office solutions in existing and planned office buildings

- Complex finance management on the group level for serviced offices and coworking spaces located in London, Bratislava, Budapest, Prague and Warsaw- Setting up a clear reporting structure, building reporting templates, integrating and automating processes via Power BI- Coordinating an international team of operation managers via matrix structure (including training and support)- Preparation of analyses and business plans for new locations, risk assessment and product pricing, collaboration in the creation of new flexible office solutions with integration to the overall building management and tenant service offering- Overview of contracts, GTCs, consultations with lawyers.

- Overall financial responsibility for the management of the company, ensuring the accuracy of accounting and timely reporting- Cashflow, management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, consolidation of financial results- Preparing, negotiating and evaluating business plans for various projects and reporting interim results to clients monthly- Close cooperation with all project teams, managing project resources, keeping spending within the plan and forecasting future periods- Actively involved in building international projects successfully in multiple European markets, setting up product and financial processes

- Building a new controlling department, initial budgets setup, creating the basis for the company's costs and revenues optimization- Reporting processes automation and implementation of Power BI- ROI analysis, sensitivity analysis, processes implementation focused on increasing efficiency and reducing costs, cash-flow management, setting and tracking KPIs for middle and top management

- Comprehensive project management of contracts from initial resource planning through audit implementation to evaluation and documentation processing- Responsibility for the comprehensive audit process following local as well as international accounting standards, identification and communication of identified discrepancies, monitoring compliance with IFRS standards- Experience in audits of various manufacturing and service companies: automotive segment, leasing, IT, asset management companies, foundations and others
