- ensuring of punctual deliveries to drop points- being a main point of contact between courier and company’s management/outside customer- dealing with delivery issues, providing alternative delivery points, detours, etc- technical support for delivery drivers/repair engineers - preparing reports and presentations for management.

- allocation of resource and despatch of drivers- driver's brief and de-brief at the end of their shift- liaising both with warehouse and customer/admin team, to ensure deliveries are on time - communicating any delays or refusals to contracts/admin team - solving problems relating to drivers and deliveries - managing breakdowns and defects during fleet absence - working closely with planning department to make sure that all work is covered daily

- administrating stock of mobile phones (inc. booking in/shipping, quality checks) - periodical stock counts, investigating of missing units - general office work - providing induction for new starters - taking care of internal Quality Management System (creating, referencing and updating procedures, working instructions & internal documents)
