I am a finance manager with more than 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, controlling and audit.I started my working experience in the prestigious audit company EY. I have quickly moved up to a senior audit role. Next came experience as a Head of Controlling where I led the department and the entire financial planning and analysis agenda. During the long absence of the CFO, I took over part of the role's agenda.In 2018, I joined Lidl, market leader in the retail market. I began by leading the accounting department and was also in charge of the acquisitions agenda. Then I took the opportunity to lead the entire finance division, first in Slovakia and then in Czech Republic, where I led the finance division for a portfolio of 15 companies with a turnover of CZK 90 billion.
