Human Resources Shared Services Manager
CurrentβΊ Report to the CEO and manage HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, organizational restructuring, training, knowledge management, wellbeing, internal organizational communication, employee performance and appraisal/feedback processes.βΊ Promote and enhance employee engagement by organizing events, conferences, gifts, happy hours, lectures, online programs, internal communication, and other activities.βΊ Lead training and development initiatives to increase the companyβs managerial talent pool and human capital.
