The reason I became Manual Osteopath and Rolfer was my own experience with sports injuries. Being active keeps me healthy and balanced both physically as well as mentally. But the more I devoted myself to higher levels of sports, the more often I had to contend with my injuries which intensified over time and eventually forced me to undergo several surgeries. In view of my problems, I started to realize the role of physical health education in the prevention of further injuries.
