Landlord, Property manager and consulting.I'm a landlord since 2020. I'm mainly focused on small conversions, single lets and SA. I'm also consulting and helping other landlords to achieve their goals. I'm advising and sourcing properties to convert to single lets and HMOs.

I am currently working as a Property Manager in Dwell – Leeds. My main responsibility is to provide high-level customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, 3rd party contractors. Experienced with hundreds of property inspections, AST signed and successful negotiations. I was sourcing properties for conversions, lands to develop and supervise the acquisition process. Additionally, I managed tenancy for single lets, HMOs and guests for Service Accommodations.

My primary responsibilities were to maximise the profit for the branch and the landlords by manage lettings of over two hundreds units. The daily duties include carrying out property inspections, debt collection, generation new businesses, contact with the landlords and maintenance management of all properties. To perform all those tasks efficiently I was supported by letting negotiator, administrative assistants and the head office. Additionally, I regularly visit the head office (head office manages over 60% of the residential lettings in the local market) to gain more experience dealing with a larger amount of tenants, landlords, viewings, inspections and maintenance issues. My duties included but were not limited to: • Qualify and referencing prospective tenants• Conducting viewings, inspections and inventories• Property fire and safety inspections• HMO inspections along with the local council/reporting to the landlord• Checking and ordering all necessary jobs required for HMO licence renewal,• AST signing• Deposit registration and claiming• Sourcing new tenants, landlords and properties for the branch• Maintenance and management of Single lets, blocks of flats and HMO’s• Serving sections 8 and 21• Oversee and inductions with new letting negotiators• Office / Branch management Due to my diligence and improving the performance of the branch I was able to persuade landlords and took over numerous of new letting units from other agencies.

I was working as an Operational Supervisor for Zara. I was responsible for processing delivery. To achieve this objective I manage a team of six. My team includes employees from three different store departments, plus a temporary employee from a job agency. My objectives were to lead and train the whole team and manage breaks and problem-solving. I was responsible for the whole 3-story store as the only person holding the alarm password and the key.My objectives were to confirm delivery to the head office, report missing and additional products, and process delivery correctly and on time. To achieve those objectives I manage the team to unpack products, process and prepare them for the next shift.

I am the Co-Founder and Product Developer at Fit Diet. Fit Diet is an online business which provides diet and training plans along with weekly check-ins and coaching to build a relationship of trust with our customers.I also am responsible for developing the product based on customers’ feedback. Due to my work during the first year, Fit Diet gained over 100 individual customers from all over the Europe, whereas over 80% of all our customers were repeat clients.Due to graduation I decided to focus on employment and I sold my share of the business.

I was working in Zara as a part of a team of forty . Depending on shifts I was responsible for fulfilling customers needs, delivery, stocks transfers, merchandising the shop floor. This role taught me to provide good customer service regardless of the situation.
