I am a senior executive manager in the area of middle-to-large scale projects focused on employment, education, and public health. I have faced many different perspectives in an executive management role and understand the importance of partnership development in order to move things forward. Through my experience, I have learned how to fuse all key aspects to achieve long-term results for whom I serve and goals we set.Our team has managed a unique project where nearly 90% of our 344 employees come from the target group. Our program initially started as an NGO and was financed by diverse supporters in the business sector (international companies included), then moved big step forward thanks to coalition of experts, and has ultimately developed into a systematic program under the state backed by the public European structural and investment funds. Project name is Healthy Communities, helps more than 70,000 people a year and has grown into one of the most successful projects across Europe. Currently project received the biggest support in history and will continue to have long-term sustainability as we have € 52.5 mil. in funding already committed until 2029. We are delighted how far this program has developed; that said, we have ambitious plans for next years to expand our growth and efficiency.Update 2023:The above achievements motivated me to leave my comfort zone and move to Brussels in search of new horizons, as I believe I have a lot to offer in terms of value. I have always been looking for something with purpose and the potential to advance my skills internationally.
