Thesis for Michatek k.s., which focuses on theoretical knowledge of thick layers, with a focus on the features and capabilities. The theoretical part consists of the distribution of these layers according to different criteria and methods of their application. The paper elaborates on the screen-printing, its parameters and factors influencing the final properties of the applied layer. The experimental part is focused on the selection of a suitable paste based on predefined requirements, calculation of parameters of the conductive layer, for verification of the design and implementation of solutions the CAD system is used. The practical part also deals with the process of screen printing as well as drying and firing of pattern. The experiment work is performed in terms of the contracting company using the existing machinery. This chapter contained a selection of new machinery, which are potentially suitable for the process. The final part of the work focuses on problems arising during the implementation of the experiment, the achieved results and economic evaluation. The work obtain technological process of production, process map and prototype.
