- Create, implement and drive KPI's for the Yale EMEA Supply Chain Unit- Financial planning responsibilties (budgets, forecasts, outlooks) for YOO (Yale Order Office) and CW (Central Warehouse)- Control of MTPT and SLOB level while maintaining customer service levels (OFR)- Improving customer service level by implementing processes for OFR, forecasting and new product launches- Direct Reports: Customer Service Coordinator and Supply Chain Coordinator- Optimization of Yale supply chain in EMEA; range rationalization, SKU reduction- Improvement of YOO and CW operations (Lean Management, Seamless Flow, Cost Control/Reduction)- Investigate and apply leanest physical routes for Yale product to the markets- Supplier rationalization for YOO and CW- Project Work; working on Lean and Optimization projects with procurement and logistics teams across EMEA, such as: -Door Closers and moving the DC to the best location, - Optimizing the CW system for Europe, then moving to North and West Africa,- Creating visibilty systems for Yale stocks in EMEA.

- Retained Customer Service Manager Responsibilties (Please see CSM profile below)- Financial Planning for the Central Warehouse and Yale Order Office units- Stock planning for both units- Purchasing for both units- Logistics; for Central Warehouse from ASIA, and from Central Warehouse to EU and EMEA Markets

- Consolidate orders from markets in EMEA division.- Confirm and follow up on orders with both, markets (EMEA) and suppliers (ASIA).- Liaison with EMEA markets, also middle liaison component between EMEA and ASIA.- Handling claims from EMEA markets with ASIA.- Upkeep and formation of Price Lists.- Invoicing.- Issuing of shipping documentation.- Maintaining electronic order system; loading new markets, loading new suppliers, maintaining price lists, adding new products.- Reporting & Analysis; sales, purchases, transport costs, product costs.- Forecasting; consolidation of market forecasts and creating own forecasts.- Collaboration with Business Development Team, Product Management Team and Asian Sourcing Office.
