Startup company developing a breakthrough innovative multi-cancer screening test

The company is developing a platform for early cancer detection diagnostic solution and other diseases, which secrete volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Main expertise in molecular biology and cancer research, experience and knowledge in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques, including DNA and RNA (PCR and RQ-PCR), proteins (Western blots), cloning, site directed mutagenesis, cell culture, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, protein- protein, protein-RNA interactions, the use of viral vectors for gene/shRNA transduction and animal models. In addition, experience in designing and performing in-vitro and in-vivo cancer studies. Further qualifications: managed, lead, and organized a group of workers and students. Wrote grants and budget management.

In my Ph.D studies and my post position, I have focused on viral systems using various molecular biology, tissue culture and biochemical techniques to determine protein-protein interactions, protein-RNA interactions. I'm experienced in determining protein expression (FACS, Western blot), protein purification and transfections. My expertise in molecular biology includes clonning, site-directed mutagenesis and RT-PCR. Furthermore I have worked with radiolabels, RNA, siRNA technices, immuno-Fluorescenence staining and microscopy.
