Dream big. Execute. Analyze. Dream even bigger. This was my roadmap since I've started to play competitive basketball in elementary school and is still my go-to strategy now. Practice makes perfect as they say and along with some planning and determination it delivered great results early on. What worked in collective sports was also applicable in boardrooms and team assignments.The analytic in me always liked numbers, so tinkering in Excel became my life's hobby. As I am obsessed with looking for "inner workings" in everyday business life, solving puzzles and trying to use the knowledge for planning gives me great joy.Over the years, I’ve developed my skills working alongside some of the brightest minds in Big4 companies, solving complex issues for Czech blue-chip clients. My desire for bigger challenges led me to Driveto, where I had the privilege of helping shape the subscription mobility market. I am incredibly proud of our team for earning the Deloitte Technology Fast50 award as the 3rd fastest-growing tech startup in 2021 in CEE and 2nd in the Czech Republic.Now, as I step into my role as Head of Finance at International Study Programs, I’m excited to embrace new challenges and contribute to an organization with such a global impact.When I'm not analysing business opportunities or investments I go for a run, enjoy a good book or research new technologies.
