- Setup and effective management of multiple worldwide IP recordal projects of different size, duration and complexity;
- Provision of regular project status and financial reports to clients;- Preparation of quotations and calculations;
- Monitoring of projects’ budget and issue of invoices to clients;- Project controlling with the aim to ensure accuracy and reach milestones;
- Providing support to team members;- Client management including regular conference calls;
- Management of different teams, including regular meetings;- Cooperation with the IT Department to develop project platforms and fulfil client's requests;- Creation, implementation and optimization of work processes among departments and regular follow-up meetings;
