Key deliverables:• Interpret the regulations, Compliance rules, policy guidelines. Remain informed about updates in the context of local situations;• Challenge the outcome of individual cases and interact with local (Senior) Relationship Managers and AML-officers and negotiate in case of conflicting requirements and/or needs with the objective to reach an appropriate solution for all parties involved;• Deal with multiple jurisdictions, applying the global Client and Product Due Diligence standards and policies while being sensitive and knowledgeable of the applicable local requirements;• Approve neutral and high risk clients, as per delegated authority, which have gone through Client Due Diligence process.

Key deliverables:• Act as a first point of contact for the business to ensure Service Level Agreement is aligned with the stakeholders needs;• set weekly targets for team members and monitor the progresses of the targets being achieved;• create and maintain working instructions if necessary;• build and keep up good relationship with business partners; • guide less experienced team members in dealing with complex customer issues to develop their capability to deliver on servicing customer needs.
