Responsibilities:Complete support of products life cycle in the EMEA regionResponsible for sustaining and updating product information and price lists (on/off line)Preparing and communicating of technical data sheetsStructuring and composing advertising flyers and sales presentationsHandling of press releases as well as participating in events, roadshows and trade fairsPreparing of market and competition analysisComplying with the warranties of the internal service level agreementsAnswering requests from sales, respectively marketing

- Operate lab equipment and calibrate as necessary- Conduct product testing to determine quality level- Analyze test results- Record test results in electronic database- Create discrepancy reports- Release lots from quality hold in SAP when testing is complete and acceptable- Create certificate of analysis and/or certification of conformance- Make recommendations for milling time changes- Conducts incoming raw material inspections- Conduct internal quality audits

Responsibilities:Invoice processing:Segregate and preliminary verify incoming mail/invoicesScan invoices into the operating systemValidate scanned invoices with compliance to all customer and local law regulationsManage outgoing post (RTV, RTL, archives, balance confirmations, others)Archiving:Archiving of all required paper and electronic documents (splits, reconciliations, reclasses, mailboxes, other)Communication and CRC:Follow up on e-mails received to internal generic mailboxes and individual mailboxes
