I led the successful implementation of Poland's first Advanced Surface Movement Guidance and Control System (A-SMGCS), approved by the Polish Civil Aviation Authority. This complex software project improved airport safety and efficiency and was compliant with ED-154, ED-109A, ED-87E, and EUROCONTROL standards. I managed cross-functional teams to deliver the project on time and within budget, setting the stage for future implementations across Europe.

I lead the entire organization including players, coaches, and referees, which consists of around 100 people.

I have led the National Team to win the European Championship five times, in Birmingham 2015, Copenhagen 2017, Glasgow 2019, and Nicosia 2021, Bergamo 2023.I have successfully organized and prepared the Polish National team for the Kabaddi World Cup 2016, which included 25 team members. As the first European player in the ProKabaddi league (a professional league in India), I represented the Bengaluru Bulls, the ProKabaddi runners-up in 2015. This achievement attracted an audience of around 60-80 million viewers on television.
