With extensive experience in the Fintech industry, leading the development and implementation of large-scale innovative projects and products for tier 1 & 2 banks. Through my experience, I realized that banks and payment engine suppliers struggle to comply with clearinghouse regulations. This results in extensive investment, increased uncertainty of cost and duration, and limitations in entering new territories. To address this, I founded AllClear, offering an innovative architecture that divides payment processing into two distinct systems: 1) core payment processing within the bank and 2) clearing rule fulfillment. AllClear's Clearing Engine integrates with the payment processor and provides comprehensive fulfillment of clearing rules, enabling the payment processor to handle all bank payments independently of the clearinghouse, while the Clearing Engine handles the clearing rule fulfillment.
