• Chief of loyalty program ‘Fortuna Klub Plus’ (~150k customers), main KPIs – increasing Gross Win from registered customers, increasing active base of loyalty program• KPIs forecasting, performing analysis incl. post implementation reviews of activities and campaigns• Direct marketing - communication campaigns to retain non-active customers, increase customers’ value and cross-sell more profitable products • Developing new ideas to optimize loyalty program and enhancing benefits for customers • Close cooperation with other dpts (Sales, Book-making, etc) on cross-departmental activities and projects

• Churn management (forecasting, performing analysis, making recommendations, setting up new activities and processes, post implementation evaluation) – focus on Prepaid segment• Direct marketing - communication campaigns to decrease churn and increase revenue• VF transformation program participation (migration mapping rules for propositions of whole existing consumer base (~2.5M customers), communication plan, business transformation plan for Customer Care dpt.) • Participation on cross-departmental projects
