Providing classroom instruction to NetJets cabin crew members during initial and annual recurrent training to ensure all crew are up to date on the latest service initiatives, procedures and standards; leading culinary courses and wine knowledge course.Line training, checking and coaching cabin crew members to company’s SOPs and AirOps standards. Developing NetJets training programme in order to maintain a high standard of knowledge, skill and proficiency on cabin crew respective aeroplane type and NetJets flight operations.Acting as a 'Role Model' by showing a genuine passion for the company, product and service to motivate and inspire fellow colleagues.
