◽ Planning, management and coordination of department activities, strategy preparation and setting the department's priorities and goals.◽ Participation in the company's strategy meetings and preparation of the budget and forecast. ◽ Communication with customers, suppliers and auditors on a daily base. Personnel matters for a team of 75-80 people.◽ Implementation of a new production and assembly system, optimization project of the machining dep., workplace organization, implementation of 5S, LOTO, POMS, iACT, creation of a planning system, creation and optimization of other processes (cooperation with the programmer of the ERP system ABRA when optimizing the system for company needs), start of digitization and paperless production project.

◽ Team leader of 4 people, defining and improving the quality process, incoming, interoperation and final inspection of single parts and assemblies.◽ Preparing quality documentation, finding solutions for production, assembling and documentation issues, preparing finished products for the expedition, targeting the machines, stock management of manufactured parts, quality tool management, internal and customer complaint management, ISO and customer audits (preparation for audits and solution of findings), member of the integration team during VÚK integration into the Continental group.

◽ Managing external production of single parts and assemblies - defining and improving the process, processing and technological sorting of received production documentation. Inquiries, supplier selection and evaluation and negotiation with customers.

◽ Managing all activities around the project from receiving production documentation to delivery of the finished product to the customer and elaboration of the cost calculation.◽ Administrative tasks, cost calculations, handling customer complaints, team leader of 5 to 10 mechanics and assembling workers.
