My role in Gen was Senior QA Engineer in Mobile Engineering on Android Applications: Android Mobile Security/Antivirus (Avast, Avast One, Avg) & Norton 360. Most of the time was spent on automation thanks to which we were able to start with 2 week release train.As Senior QA Engineer I lead the whole Automation initiative in our team from planning, writing test scenarios (for automation), coding, maintenance and test monitoring to prevent defects and increase delivery speed with high confidence in the Quality of our products. As part of my job was also mentoring other QA's about our automation processes. Thanks to Applitools screenshot testing I was also able to implement theme and language testing.For automatization we mainly used Kotlin (Java), Espresso and ApplitoolsOther technologies/tools: Git, Postman, Android Studio, Copilot, Firebase, JIRA, Kanban, Miro, Figma, TeamCity, DSL, BrowserStack, TestFLO,TestRail, SQL, Hue, Hive, Charles
