Sourcing Specialist
CurrentResponsible for sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing and closing the hard-to-find candidates.Interview, pre-qualify, pre-close, close and recommend to hiring managers what is necessary to close potential candidates. Manage the entire interview process. Form strategic partnerships with senior management to determine staffing needs.Manage full cycle recruitment services company-wide to include: job postings, social media, advertising and report preparation. Direct sourcing passive/active candidates utilizing advanced Internet and diverse recruitment techniques.Liaison between candidates and hiring managers.Participate in weekly recruitment meetings, focused on troubleshooting difficult positions and managing client issues.
