As a box office supervisor, I was responsible and a part of all operations that occurred in the box office. These included:Making sure the box office was adequately staffed for event nights as well as for them regular box office hours.I was in charge of recruiting and screening resumes, as well as organizing the interviews around the schedule of myself and the manager.I was part of the hiring team that made the final decision on successful candidates.I was responsible for making sure the time sheets were filled out correctly and given to the correct person so payroll was submitted on time.I was responsible for training all new employees on Ticketmaster’s PCI system and assisting with any system questions any of the employees might have. Working with the manager I pulled settlement reports at the end of the events.Worked with Promoters from out of town and in town to ensure their events were created correctly and all their requests were fulfilled.Worked closely with all the departments in the CN Centre including operations, promotions, management, and marketing.Created a new training manuel for the new system implemented by Ticketmaster
