Falck is a leading international provider of ambulance and healthcare services. Today, Falck’s business area consists of two primary competencies: emergency health and safety response and healthcare.During my employment at Falck, I was a part of the marketing team focusing on branding Falck and generating new leads and customers in Denmark.One of my key areas during my employment was the implementation of a new strategy and playbook for Facebook. This involved project management from the early stages of content scoping, to managing film productions with Falck rescuers, and to lastly evaluate upon content pieces on Facebook.In the late stages of my employment, I also took a vital role in converting and localizing the Danish playbook to a Swedish context, as well as helping the Swedish team with their set-up and ways of work.Other focus areas included:- Developing graphical content for digital communication (targeted both B2B and B2C)- Producing content for gamification and executing such- Aligning media bookings, budgets, target audience, goals, performancerne KPIs, and invoicing with the associated media agency- Contact person for the social media team regarding activities and inquiries on Facebook that required involvement from the marketing department - Evaluating on social media efforts and optimization through working with KPIs and benchmarks- Produce campaign information and performance presentations for internal use

Designfund is an online webshop that sells interior products from Danish brands such as ferm LVING, Normann Copenhagen, Menu, Bloomingville, etc.During my employment at Designfund, I was responsible for strengthening the awareness of the brand and its community on social media.I particularly worked with this on Instagram, where I during my time at the company managed to increase the follower base by around 900%. It was a result that especially due to a clear channel strategy, influencer collaborations, content planning and an agile setup for content execution.In addition, I also continuously ensured favorable rankings on Google through intensive SEO work on product pages across the webshop.Also, a part of my role involved producing content for customer newsletters in Mailchimp, handling customer inquiries, and managing vital relations for collaborations and coverage in the media.
