•Managing the whole recruitment process, across the company‘s sites in Israel, including recruiting white colors employees and supporting recruitment process of blue colors employees to 5 sites and to Company headquarters (~2,200 employees).•Conducting telephone & face to face interviews and writing professional reviews.•Managing the activities with recruitment agencies on a daily basis, while meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.•Training new managers on how to conduct effective interviews.•Managing and implementing the Unilever Future Leaders Program including: preparing organizational readiness to absorb the trainees and the on boarding program, Initiating contact with leading academic institutions, planning and operating spotlight days, open positions in the Brassing system, managing the enrollment and selection processes, supporting candidates during the registration process, conducting telephone interviews and assessment center, persuading managers to take part in the process and support the integration.•Supporting Employer brand: increase the Unilever employer brand with potential employees.•Managing recruitment budget of the activities•Working according to global recruitment procedure with respect to local requirements, maintaining contact with global departments.• Managing diversity project: maintaining a close relationship with Zionut2000, Increase the diversity employees needs and adjustment the recruit process to their needs. Training managers on diversity population, maintaining contact with NGOs

Responsibility for all HR activities in the division:- First point of contact for over 500 employees and management regarding all HR matters- Implementing HR global & local policies, systems and working methods- Consulting and coaching managers in employee relations issues, labor law legal aspects and personal development- Presents periodical reports regarding HR issues in the division (working hours, overtime etc.)- Monitoring and control Evaluation process- Leads implementation of Labor Agreements- Handles legal IR/ER cases - Leads welfare activities in the divition- Manage employee’s terminations processes- Accompanying disciplinary procedures and hearing conversations
