Operational leading of the BP global configuration management solution including people, process, tools.1. Accountable for the effective operation of the configuration management solution2. Ensuring that all configuration management related processes are followed and that the Data Ownership model is effectively managed3. Management of the team and support them in their roles and decisions4. Ensuring that appropriate up-to-date configuration management related documentation and training is provided5. Ensuring that all configuration management related service requests are met, including reporting requests, process support etc.6. Management of the portfolio of service enhancements, both requested by users and identified internally. This includes prioritisation, documentation and planning for implementation

* accountable for the Configuration Management process in Satellite Data Centers Globally,* Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) data quality management in liaison with senior management (Data Owners, Data Managers) responsible for the data,* engaging with multiple Service Delivery Organizations, and other ITIL processes (Change, Release, Incident & Problem) within Service Management organization.,* CMDB development management.

Administration of CMDB user accounts and permissions in line with Configuration Management policies. Preparation of data for bulk uploads and bulk updates using SQL queries including stored procedures. Creating of advanced reports for users. Performing activities associated with reconciling CMDB records with Opsware ATE discovered records. Works to develop strong two-way dialogues within the team and beyond

Meet or exceed the telephony service level agreement when responding to all incoming calls. Accurately record and classify all incoming calls with appropriate priority, category and incident summary details. Correctly assign calls that cannot be resolved to appropriate resolving team. Flag materials for reuse i.e. capture/create new solutions for the Knowledge Management System. Performing training activities for new technical analysts. Performing activities related to client’s security policy. Working on anti-spam and anti-virus system.
