For the past 18 years, I’ve been leading management development programs and facilitating workshops for a variety of global and local organizations in the private and public sectors, NGOs and the IDF (Israeli Defense Force).As a professionally trained actress, I employ a drama-based methodology to enhance social and professional communication skills in the working space. My work considers empathy to be a key component in the leader’s toolkit. I believe that engagement with the personal and collective meanings of empathy in the workplace, establishes a consciously honest and safe environment where creativity and innovation thrive.Education: an MA in sociology and anthropology with a specialization in organizational consulting, BA in psychology, a graduate diploma from Nissan Nativ Acting Studio TLV.
