I reached every place I had hundreds of meetings I conduct dozens of training courses for broilers. I travelled on a business trip all this time. I also use numerous trainings for myself to help my partners in improving their production more effectively. ————————————————————————I am constantly developing and striving for perfection. I love new challenges, the more difficult it gives me the more satisfaction.————————————————————————As a technical menager, i cover whole Central and East Europe, but Also i spend lots of time servicing Scandinavic countries. Till now I was worked with over 💯farm, and help them to develope their production and recieve better result on the end. Everyday day i advice them how to prepare farm for brooding period, and how to develope birds in proper way on each cycle. I'm trying to learn my partners about air quality, show proper levels of Co2, NH3 or humanity level, about temperature and ventilation from first to last day. i try to show them choices when we talk about bedding materials. I advice them about feed and vaccination program. I'm also focusing a lot about lighting system and lighting program and water quality💦, water preasure. On the end always i have few words about cleaning and desinfection. Our hard work together brings many positive effects incuding improve EPEF. ————————————————————————As a member of a prestigious group "cross service" i have had oporunity to learn from the best menagers in Europe, it give me a chance to improve my skills and knowladge in a best way.
