- Responsibility for company-wide SOX 404 project (documentation and tests) - Planning the project work load, work process and its capacity - appointing the project's steering and work staff including support from outsourcing; setting methodology and project scope; creating time tables and Gantt charts; delegation of tasks to the team members; Identification, assessment, drafting and implementing relevant policies, procedures and processes, conduct a testing program to ensure compliance with procedures, quality assurance of final product; presenting of the project and its application to senior management and board of directors.

- Daily management of SOX 404 projects at financial institutions - manage and supervise a team of six employees, hold trainings, review and quality assurance of documentation and tests, participate in steering committees and meetings with senior management and monitor the hourly budget vs. the actual performance. - Operational risk surveys for leading Israeli financial institutions in the framework of Basel II requirements.
