By education, I am an engineer and manager, but by passion, I am a chess player and designer. Professionally, I strive to combine what I enjoy with what I am good at, so that the results of my work are valuable and achieve the best possible outcomes.- Chess has been my passion since childhood, and recently it has become a part of my professional world. I have achieved the title of FIDE Master. I love the atmosphere of focus, the people, and the aesthetics that accompany chess. I created the ChessboArt brand, which has been an incredible journey for me, allowing me to pursue my ambitions and collaborate with the best chess players in the world!- Patents and inventions: I currently hold one granted patent and have three more pending (after positive verification by the Patent Office) in the fields of mechanics, automation, and filtration. These patents arise from real needs and my experience working on diverse engineering projects. Industries often function in silos, where knowledge is compartmentalized – I approach problems like chess games, searching for solutions.- Machinery and engineering: This field has been my focus for over 18 years. My portfolio reflects the versatility of the projects I've completed: -- The largest machine weighed 80 tons and was a mobile line adapted for work in marine containers. -- The most precise machine assembled a component with a diameter of 0.8 mm in 3 seconds. -- The most prestigious project ended up at the European Space Agency, and upon its completion, we received a reference letter that felt like a congratulatory note.- Education and management: I enjoy working in skilled teams, sharing knowledge, and constantly expanding my own horizons. A few years ago, I joined the team of the Polish Academy of Sciences in the Innovation Coach project.I am always seeking new opportunities to create value.
