I was a member of the design team which developed the logic of a catalogue principle for our product. (1st experience - our local catalogue, 2nd and current experience - catalogue in cooperation with Airbus).Setting up the way how the complexity of the product catalogue is controlled. Was covering full responsibility of Galley G1 product as well as other compartment dedicated equipment.Development projects, aircraft interior Galley catalogue development and maintenance. Participant of internal projects as well as department continuous improvement initiatives. Experienced long term onsite support at customer facility (Airbus, Hamburg). Focusing myself to go more process and managerial path. Performing internal audits to actively support whole organization elevation, setting up control mechanisms to steer overall competency at higher level. Cooperated with Production facility during its expansion. Engineering key user for SolidWorks, SmarTeam (PLM/PDM) and ERP (BAAN, later Infor LN).

Started that journey on the position of Basic Engineer. Extending the expertise covering mechanical, water and air flow design (basics). When Engineering office expanded and increased number of projects&people, specialized on mechanical/structural portion. Became equipped by several authorizations, mostly performing design/drawing approval process within local Engineering office. Covering the responsibility over Galley G1 monument. Defining and proposing improvements of our tools, methods, processes. Frankly speaking it was the moment when I have considered myself in more leading role, rather than technical specialist. Became a contact person for many topics addressed by the rest of organization (purchasing, QA, production).
