CurrentResponsibilities:• Operation/administration/monitoring of the CyberArk PAM (Privileged Account Management) complex infstrastructure including weekly 24/7 on-call duty in the team once per several weeks• Working in Windows multi-domain Active Directory environment as well as on Linux-based systems• Onboard new users into the PAM system (according to standard internal procedures) and help training them• Resolve incidents, tasks, requests and consult users on a day-to-day basis, close cooperation with different Service Desk teams• Developing/deploying/maintaining scripts used for automation (Windows PowerShell, Linux Bash)• Suggesting improvements, optimalization, change requests• Contribute to the knowledge base, creating documentation• Write customizations to add new applications and connection components to the PAM system• Installation of security fixes & patches of Cyberark PAM and 3rd party products What does it entail:• Self-Paced Training on the job• Wide area of knowledge is needed, since PAM infstrastructure itself consists of Win & Linux servers and connecting destinations can be any kind• Working in the SCRUM team with scrum master, product owner, architect, team leader and other team members following the practise of backlog refinement, stories, epics, sprints and restrospectives• Willingness of vendor trainings and certifications if needed• Attendance to detail, customer orientation and responsibility, since events and actions projected into logs are the witnesses of SLA fulfillment and cash flow expectations• Travelling if needed (mostly to Vienna or Presov, couple of times a year)
