Currently serving as Business Development Manager at the RPT Group; responsible for identifying business opportunities by leveraging the synergies between -and across- the Group's companies, developing client relationships, and building the RPT Group brand at the local and international levels.

Acted as a senior consultant and key contact point in developing clients' communications strategies, managed public relations campaigns while ensuring major influence with top-level media representatives. Responsible for directing and overseeing a team of Account Managers, including resource planning and handling all financial aspects. Took the lead on a number of new business proposals, presentation, and tenders, leading Action Cyprus' efforts in securing European Union-funded campaigns and projects.

Responsible for the implementation of the organisation's strategic plan, including overall financial management, and oversight of the organisation’s recruitment and human resource policies. Acted as lead project manager/director of numerous projects funded by the European Union, the United Nations Development Programme, and the Council of Europe. Led and participating in the development of project proposals to local and international donors.

Implemented funded projects, including the establishment of MYCYradio, Cyprus’ first online community radio station. Served as CCMC's lead trainer for: Working with the Media, Social Media for NGOs, Effective Press Release Writing. Responsible for Implementing CCMC’s advocacy strategy, including the drafting of Community Media policy recommendations for the Cyprus Radiotelevision Authoritity (CRTA), and served as the organisation's representative on CRTA’s Committee for the Advancement of Media Literacy Policy. Established strategic partnerships with media outlets in Cyprus and internationally, including regular TV & radio appearances, and authored a fortnightly column in The Cyprus Weekly newspaper.

Authored the report "A Potential Untapped: Media Collaboration Across the Cyprus Divide", published April 2012, having conducted qualitative research on collaboration across the Cyprus media landscape. Organised an international conference and local stakeholder discussion panels on media collaboration in divided societies.

Acted as the media liaison for the UK media and Cypriot community press, while developing press releases and ‘Letters to the Editor’ distributed to UK-based publications. Conducted daily media monitoring, content analysis, and reports of UK media coverage. Edited the High Commission’s monthly news bulletin entitled Cyprus News.
