Most notably, I developed a new marketing strategy and introduced a robust pharmacy sales model which improved Daylong’s brand position to number 2 in CZ and nuber 1 in SK. I was instrumental in leading OTC switch for Loceryl which generated additional revenues and growth with minimal investments, and I overhauled key account management approach to deliver more detailed customer planning and ROI evaluation. Furthermore, I succeeded in driving change across the Galderma distribution model, including leading teams through the outplacement process and delivering 1HY targets.
