0-1 founding designer for Earnee - a mobile app aimed at reducing friction in parenting and teaching the building blocks of financial literacy to kids.

Managed a team of 11 designers and 2 design leads/managers. Responsible for the design of all Vanguard's B2B Institutional products.

I managed a team of 4 designers and oversaw 3 feature teams. I worked closely with my PM Lead and Engineering Manager on strategy and roadmap. My IC to management split was 30% IC work and 70% management. I hired 3 out of the 4 designers on my team and I was responsible for all their people management including: hiring, work allocation, mentorship, 1:1s, cross collaboration work and strategy.

- Unified design strategy across 4 feature pods- User discovery and research to support and inform roadmap- Product owner for the Lighthouse mobile experience (from the ground up)- Designed and led beta testing program for feature role out strategy- Drafted to work cross-portfolio on large product merge initiative for the larger HS1

- Lead UX designer and product owner for BLMS - a B2B, enterprise application for business license management- Oversaw and managed junior designer/contractor in a management and mentorship role- Worked on change management for partnership with large clients, like KPMG, including designing client specific features- Consistent cross collaboration with PM and ENG lead on ideation and user needs driven roadmap- Brought BLMS NPS score from 46 to 86 (for real!)
