Ever since I was young I dreamt of big things. I used to walk my dog, look at the stars and think to myself that one day I will, in one way or another, help humanity reach them. You can't reach the sky without technology, so that's how I developed my love for it. I'm far more down to the Earth now, but my passion for technology and science has persisted - and is still what guides me through my career and my life in general.We try to deliver the best possible product in our Infrastructure team - that's why I'm exposed to many technologies and I learn something new everyday on the job. I take care of our company's Active Directory, virtual machines and servers, physical servers and other devices, monitor systems and much more - some of it is also Cloud-based.I'm a self-learner and that's how I spend most of my free time. I try to automate everything I can with the use of many programming languages - bash, Powershell, Python and other (I consider coding one of my favourite hobbies). I try to keep up with the trends - there's always something new to learn.I'm a big fan of Open Source, and a full time Linux/BSD user (and also an Administrator - of my own private homelab).
