I was the only permanent employee responsible for maintaining all official business and reporting back to both my remote management team as well as the financial institution whom assumed ownership upon foreclosure. From the day of transition, the previous ownership did not hand over any customer files, accounts, etc. Therefore, it was my sole duty to accumulate all customer information and build extensive Excel workbooks, which would later become the company's backbone and Quickbooks files. I was responsible for the initial setup and installation of all financial (Quickbooks) and office organization/filing systems as well as maintaining their continuous upkeep. I single handedly manned the office on a daily basis, performing all office duties from phones, fax, copies, and accounts receivables, while maintaining sensitive customer relations and managing the daily functions of all other marina personnel.As Accounts Receivables, I was responsible for the invoicing/receiving of monthly rental tenants.
