Perform validation experiments on new UV water disinfection systems by sampling degradation rate of MS-2 virus at different water flux, UVT and irradiation intensities. Established true UV dose by comparison to control CBA experiments. Responsible for preparation of stock materials, including virus stock solutions, host stock solutions, variety of nutrient plates, saline solutions, and buffers.
