- Direct cooperation with the Clients and internal departments during the projects: pre-sales support, scope definition, requirement analysis,project plan development, offers preparation, delivery, maintenance.- Exploration of business domain requirements and transformation them into crucial functional requirements, negotiating the priorities.- Projects status monitoring and reporting, coordination of workshops withthe project stakeholders: Teams, Clients and 3rd party Vendors.- Critical situation handling (adjustments in the project plan, resources conflicts, incidents, escalations).Project Manager of the key product in the Organization.- Team Leader of 6 Project Managers and 5 Business Analysts.- Definition of work standards in the Team, cooperation and communication workflows with the other Teams.- Recruitment including salary negotiations, Team development, setting annual objectives, annual assessments.- Cooperation with internal departments in the Organization to follow corporate standards and procedures (HR, Controlling, Procurement, internal training programs).

- Formal scope definition including: feasibility check, estimates, alternative solution options, initial project plan.- Responsible for project initiation – setting project team, establishing communication channels for given areas.- Responsible for requirements analysis, risk and scope management, development of the project plan.- Handling routine project activities – daily contact with the Clients, conflicts resolutions, meetings, communication, re-planning, scope change negotiations, risks reviews.- Formal reporting to the steering committee or other project supervisors.- Transferring the solution to Operations and Customer Care (internal knowledge transfer), end-users training.- Additional duties: Product Owner of the two key products of the Organization.

- Responsible for the definition of the module of a country-wide IT system (automated system for formal social security correspondence), direct contact with the Client.- In the project realised for the major administration unit in Poland, responsible for scope definition, working out the project plan, identifying risks and risk management, making proper assignments of teammembers, ensuring the implementation of requirements, verifying quality, monitoring and controlling project work and financial aspects, reporting progress, developing alternative courses of action.- Contacts with the Client: meetings, gathering requirements, formal presentations, conducting acceptance tests and release sign-off.- Project with fixed budget and schedule and under periodical official government audits, forced waterfall approach.- Managing the 16 members' project team divided into functional groups - team members from 3 different companies delegated to work in the project. - Team development: establishing project team, solving team problems (project was held 600 km from the team original placement), completely new technology.
