• External audit of internation CRM implementation for E.ON
• Trainer of Six Sigma, Project management, Test management, Business Process Management, Business Process Model and Notation, process measurement(Clients for example GE Money, E.ON, ČSOB, hospital Neratovice)

• Leading of a small team of developers and administrators
• Securing the continuous development of the internal IS
• Ensuring the creation of BI and reporting system
• Rebuilding the original server room into a more modern and technologically advanced one

• Test Analyst and QA Test Manager/ QA consultant– process monitoring, search improvements, implementation of concepts of quality assurance
• Main projects: QA process of merging Eurotel and Telecom, QA overseeing the delivery of front-end system for Tatra Bank, QA and methodological support for the introduction of testing in Sitronics
