As a co-founder & co-owner, first I participated in the creation of a lipidomics service laboratory, including the selection, acceptance and implementation of equipment, setting laboratory protocols, organization of R&D and commissioned works.I was responsible for the implementation of all laboratory processes in high-throughput, fit for services scale, which included automation, costs optimization and aiming for the top efficiency.Together with our software developers I was responsible for building, and later introducing, the Lipotype's proprietary lipidomic LIMS, which I was the main architect of. Together with my colleagues we also built quality management and monitoring softwares and greatly re-worked our proprietary analytical lipid identification software to adopt it to large-scale operations.I co-authored several lipidomic analytical methods, which I fully integrated in laboratory operations, that are now the basis of the Lipotype's services.
