Results-driven special education paraeducator, with 7+ years of experience, preparing to graduate in December 2023 with a degree in Social Sciences. My colleagues would describe me as a dedicated and passionate individual with a talent for understanding and anticipating the needs of those around me. Throughout my career I have enjoyed working in both public and private schools using my strong interpersonal skills to consistently foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders. I am committed to the social and academic growth of every student and I'm proud to have helped many achieve their goals using data-driven strategic planning and evidence-based practices. Currently, I am seeking opportunities to serve the communities about which I am passionate, while I further my education in data analysis and records management.
