Michael Mathieu is bachelor in computer science with honours in management option.He began his career, in SkillTeam - IBM, as Java developer with short missions in the chemical industry in Becton Dickinson but also in the financial industry in Raiffeisen Bank and BCP Bank in Luxembourg.With these missions, he has increased his technology skills.Then Michael tried another challenge at the ING Bank in Brussels for a long mission. He joined an IBM team to develop the new security token and ensured a role as configuration manager.At the end of the "New Security Token" project, Michael took the opportunity to become Configuration Manager for several developers’ teams in the change department of ING. It was a meaningful experience to get more responsibilities.Thereafter, Michael got a new challenge at the European Court of Justice, for CGI Luxemburg. As technical expert, Michael had to develop and analyse the new functionalities for a project managing the translations (‘Suivi II’). He discovered a new aspect in the relationship with the customer through the agile method.Thereafter,for CGI Belgium, Michael was architect / team leader on two core projects for the European Parliament in Brussels: AT4AM and DST. AT4AM managed the creation/edition of amendments for all members of the European Parliament. DST was an editor tool used by the lawyer linguist to verify and check the juridical content of the amendments. In addition to manage the development team, he continued to develop and analyse the new technical improvements for the projects. As technical advisor, he maintained and defined the new technical strategy on the project. With his responsibilities, Michael improved his skills, day after day, in architecture and people management.Currently, after seven years at European Parliament, Michaël decided to take a new challenge as Lead SAP at Deloitte Belgium.
